Keeton Crowe is an Executive Assistant who brings a robust administrative background and a detail-oriented approach to Advent, supporting the CEO in navigating high-stakes coordination and daily operations.

Her professional journey includes pivotal roles as a floating administrative assistant for HCA Healthcare and an executive assistant for multiple commercial real estate brokers. A Lexington, Kentucky native, Keeton holds a B.A. in English from Centre College, where she was also a four-year student-athlete. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in managing complex schedules, she excels at building genuine connections and ensuring clarity across departmental communications.

Outside of the office, Keeton is an avid reader who has set a personal goal to finish 70 books this year. A competitive swimmer for 17 years, she remains lifeguard certified and enjoys giving swim lessons in her free time. When she isn’t thrifting or at the movies, she is at home with her two cats, Harley and Bobby. A dedicated Kentucky Wildcats fan, she also enjoys reality TV and the music of Fleetwood Mac and Harry Styles.
