Introduction
Advent transformed this space, delivering a light, streamlined design that focuses on Pitt football excellence and tradition. Team trophies, including the coveted National Championship crystal football and a conference trophy, frame a large, backlit Pitt logo, while Heisman, Walter Camp and other trophies remind visitors of Pitt’s notable history.
Big graphics in both spaces bring larger-than-life energy. In the lobby, a massive 20-foot graphic of the Cathedral of Learning calls attention to Pitt’s nine national championships. At the indoor practice facility, great Panthers of the past and present are honored. The practice facility also gives a tip of the helmet to the program’s contribution to that other Pittsburgh institution, the Steelers.
The Mission
As the University of Pittsburgh found itself in the middle of a brand makeover, the football program realized the need to touch up its own offices and practice facility to provide a brighter, more modern workplace that energizes staff and wows recruits.
