Materials Testing
Ensuring the Finished Product Matches Expectations
How do you create a replica of the Ryder Cup trophy to look identical to the original? You prototype, then test, then test again until you get it perfect. We are obsessed with perfection when it comes to choosing and delivering the right materials for your finished product. Our team leaves nothing to chance — ordering samples, testing them in the field for durability and light sensitivity, and then going back to the drawing board if need be. Our project engineers take pride in providing our team with accurate field surveys so that we can make sure what you imagine comes to life in your space.

CASE STUDY
At the Star, the home of the Dallas Cowboys, our team created the Dr. Pepper Ring of Honor to pay homage to the Cowboys greats. We created life size three-dimensional numbers that rise out of the sidewalk to create a walk of fame at the Frisco Headquarters. To ensure durability and safety, our team field tested materials to make sure they wouldn’t fade in the hot Texas sun and more importantly, not burn visitors who posed for selfies. The giant numbers of the Cowboys’ legends remain one of the most photographed attractions at the Star.
