Nicole Rzeppa
Creative Director // “Swiss Army Knife”

Nicole Rzeppa is Advent’s Creative Director, bringing nearly 20 years of design experience and more than a decade leading creative teams. Nicole earned her BFA in Graphic Design from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and has since returned as a guest speaker and instructor.
Before joining Advent, she guided the creative group at Jack Morton in Detroit, producing award-winning work for Cadillac at the PGA Championship, US Open, Monterrey Automotive Week, and the Miami Open. Over her career, she has provided creative and art direction for global brands including Adobe, Toyota + Lexus, Audi, Volkswagen, Buick/GMC, and Travelers Insurance. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including Event Marketer Ex Awards, a Reggie Award, five Telly Awards, and two Gold Hermes Creative Awards.
Originally from Sterling Heights, Michigan, Nicole is a lifelong music lover, dog enthusiast, and self-proclaimed coffee-holic. She enjoys volunteering with local animal shelters, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and unwinding with everything from Bravo reality TV to classic comedies and British crime dramas.
