Shannon has a rich background in spatial experience design, graphic design, brand identity and creative strategy. She most recently did a full-time contract where she served as a spatial experiential designer. That brought her to Nashville, and in turn brought her to her role as Experiential Designer here at Advent.

Shannon grew up in Syracuse, NY and graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology. She describes her style and inspiration as eclectic. When it comes to the design process, she says she is all about finding the right vision and is particularly fond of this quote:

“An artist is not paid for his labor but for his vision.” – James McNeill Whistler

In her free time, Shannon is usually reading, writing or drawing and after a busy week, she likes to relax with her favorite show, “Gilmore Girls,” while hanging out with Thor (her 7-pound puppy).
