With a dynamic career spanning sales, marketing, event planning, and business development, Tracy McGlocklin is a high-energy, results-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Tracy came to Advent in 2015 as a Strategic Advisor for the Northeast region.  In 2020, she departed to become the General Manager at The Mulehouse, a live music/private event venue in Columbia, TN.  As GM, Tracy transformed the venue into a premier destination, booking over 150 events in the first year alone and driving consistent year-over-year growth.

Tracy has returned in the newly created role of Senior Manager of Client Success to act as the liaison between Advent and our clients to maintain a productive and deepening relationship.

A Nashville native, Tracy now resides on her family’s Century Farm, Pleasant Valley Farm, just south of town. She is the 8th generation of her family to call the farm home.  With a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, she maintains a strong network in the music industry and beyond.
